Mary Salafia

Mary Salafia (nee Jenkins) was born in England, lived there for 7 years, then moved to New England, PA & finally Maryland. She has strong family ties in California, as both parents are native Californians - her mother is a 5th generation native Californian! After achieving her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Penn State, and Minors in Theatre & English, she started her Marketing/Advertising Career. From a senior account executive to management to a Corporate Executive her career spanned 30 years of developing/story-boarding/shooting/editing/producing advertising campaigns for local, regional, and national businesses, advertising agencies & large, nationwide organizations, non-profits, and government entities.

She continued her education during her career and achieved a Master's in English from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College.) She also practiced Martial Arts for 9 years - achieving her Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, a Blue Belt in Ju-jitsu, and a Yellow Belt in Ninjitsu.

Mary considers her acting career a "second act..." something she has always wanted to do.

So far, she has been cast in various Films, Corporate Videos, TV Series & more.

Sports: She says she loves pretty much anything outdoors, as she grew up camping with her parents, three brothers, and a Border Collie. She enjoys Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Pickleball, Golf, Kayaking and more!

Married in 2013. She has one daughter and three step-kids, plus a Golden Retriever named Gracie and a baby Golden named Lucy.

Her favorite pastime is international travel.
