By using BINGE_NJOY you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What we offer
BINGE_NJOY is a free platform to discover and track movies, TV series, anime and games. We do not host, stream or distribute any copyrighted content. Playback happens on the third-party streaming platform you choose.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. User content
Ratings, reviews, lists and other content you post remain yours. By posting you grant BINGE_NJOY a non-exclusive licence to display it inside the product (including on your public profile, feeds and leaderboards). Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, spam, infringing, or harmful to others.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to break the service.
- No impersonation of other people or brands.
- No use of the service to distribute pirated content or links to it.
6. Third-party data
Metadata and imagery are provided by TMDB and RAWG. BINGE_NJOY is not endorsed by TMDB, RAWG, or any streaming platform mentioned.
7. Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be added or removed at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BINGE_NJOY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
